The Deer Valley Education Foundation is hosting it's 1st Annual DVEF Walk for Education.
This exciting event will take place on Saturday, March 10th, 2012 at Sandra Day O’Connor High School. The cost is $5.00 per walker (receives a t-shirt with pre-registration) and the intent of the Walk is to spotlight the importance of education and to highlight the Deer Valley School District schools and students. We are soliciting vendors to supply information on summer programs, community colleges, student services, health screenings, family events, etc., and of course any DVUSD school and /or program is welcome to participate for no vendor fee.
We are inviting all staff, students and their families to take part in the walk. And, a lucky student (must be a DVUSD K – 12th grade student and must be present to win) who participates in the walk will win an iPad!
